Lion’s Head is a leading player in providing advisory and structuring services to asset managers and investment funds. We are seeking to structure investment opportunities for sophisticated investors offering attractive market adjusted returns. Our clients include the full spectrum of commercial asset managers to more specialized players in niche markets and funds with certain social or development goals. Our activities include working with investors around the world, introducing them to attractive fund investment opportunities and advising them on appropriate fund structures and market terms.

Through one of our affiliates, we also act as an asset manager on behalf of the TransFarm Africa Transformation Fund, a fund targeting agriculture and related infrastructure in sub-Saharan Africa.
